App versus browser: which should you use
Our native Android app offers offline caching, which means you can view your account balance and recent transactions even without an internet connection. The app also sends push notifications for withdrawal approvals, security alerts, and live-dealer table updates, so you do not have to check manually. Loading times are faster on the app because it stores some data locally and does not reload the entire page each time you navigate. However, the web app works on any device and requires no installation, so it is ideal if you switch between phones or use a tablet.
Device compatibility and system requirements
Our Android app runs on Android 7.0 and later. Most phones sold in the last five years meet this requirement. For iOS, we support iOS 12 and later through Safari, Chrome, or Firefox. We recommend updating your device to the latest available version of your operating system to ensure the best performance and security. If your device is older, the web app may run slower but will still function. We do not support Windows Phone or other legacy operating systems.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
If you see a warning that the app is from an unknown source, this is normal for APK downloads outside the Google Play Store. Go to your device Settings, find Security or Apps, and enable Unknown Sources or Allow installation from unknown sources. This setting lets you install apps directly from our website. After installation, you can disable this setting again. If the app fails to install, check that you have at least 50 MB of free storage space and that your internet connection is stable. Try downloading again or clear your browser cache and retry. If you see a certificate error on iOS, this usually means your device clock is set incorrectly; check your date and time settings and try again. For persistent issues, contact our support team.
Data, permissions, and account security on erek 18
